Title: Basil Red Sauce

Yield: 4 Cups

29ozCanned tomatoes; undrained, coarsely chopped
3ozSun-dried tomatoes
1/3cBasil, fresh; chopped
1/4cOnions, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsBlack pepper, ground
1/4tsSugar
1tbVinegar, rice wine, seasoned
1tbOil, olive

Bring both tomatoes to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.

Pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar briefly to blend ingredients. With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil; process until well blended.
